This carpet cable protector is a special tool designed exclusively for cable protection and arrangement in indoor carpet scenarios. Main Protection Layer：Made of high-elastic modified rubber base material with flame-retardant and non-slip additives, manufactured by one-piece molding process. It has excellent anti-extrusion and wear-resistant performance, can resist stamping pressure ≥500kg, meets UL94 V-1 flame-retardant standard, and is exclusively suitable for safe use in carpet scenarios.
Hook-and-loop Sealing Component：Only equipped with high-density nylon hook surface structure, engagement rate with carpet fibers ≥98%, embedded and fixed in the main layer. The engagement strength ＞5kg/cm², performance does not attenuate after repeated opening and closing ≥8000 times, enabling quick sealing and cable access without adhesive.
Non-slip Bottom Layer：Special texture anti-slip design with anti-slip coefficient ≥0.6, combined with the engagement and fixation between the hook surface and the carpet, double ensuring the product does not slide on the carpet. Ensure the laying area is flat and clean without sharp debris during installation to avoid damaging the bottom non-slip structure. Reserve a certain expansion space to prevent product deformation due to temperature changes.
Control the number and diameter of cables when storing, do not exceed the rated capacity of the product (1-8 cables with diameter ≤10mm), to prevent the hook-and-loop seal from failing to fit tightly and affecting the protection effect.
Before use in low-temperature environments (≤-20℃), it is recommended to place it in an environment of 15-25℃ for 30 minutes in advance to avoid embrittlement of the rubber material and ensure the adhesion of hook-and-loop and product toughness.
Avoid contact with corrosive substances such as strong acids and alkalis to prevent aging and failure of the rubber base material and hook-and-loop adhesive. For cleaning, wipe gently with a damp cloth, do not use corrosive detergents.
The laying path should be away from heat pipes (parallel distance ≥0.5m) to prevent material softening and deformation caused by high temperature. Keep away from fire sources; although it has flame-retardant properties, it cannot be close to open flames for a long time.
